• What are the warranty conditions?

    1 - Our product with all its integral parts is under the warranty of our company.
    2 - In case of breakdown of the product, the time passed during the repair shall be added to the warranty period.
    3 - Repair period of the product is minimum 30 working days. That period starts at the date of notification made to the service station or, if there is not a service station, to the seller, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer of the product.
    4 - If the product breaks down within the warranty period, it shall be repaired free of charge, regardless of the labor costs or any replaced parts.
    5 - If utilization of the product becomes continuously interrupted due to the same breakdown that repeats more than two times a year within the warranty period from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer or due to more than four different breakdowns that repeat in such a period; if the maximum period required for the repair is exceeded; and if impossibility of the repair is stated in a report prepared by the seller, dealer, representative or manufacturer, the product shall be replaced free of charge.
    6 - The breakdowns arisen from misusage of the products, by disregarding the conditions stated in the user manual of the product, shall be out of the warranty coverage.
    7 - For problems that may be encountered with respect to the Warranty Certificate, the General Directorate of Protection of Consumers and Competition – Department of Trade and Industry can be consulted.
    8 - The warranty period is two years, beginning from the delivery date of the product.
    9 - The consumer may demand the upholstery, wooden covering, metal covering and color of the product, which he/she buys, according to his/her personal preferences. Upholstery, covering and color differences in the customized products not considered standard features shall not be included in the warranty coverage.
    10 - The products within the coverage of the Warranty Certificate shall be produced as completely customized in line with the consumer's demands , with the materials and fabrics preferred by the consumer. Therefore, production is not made for stocking. If the customer decides not to buy the products produced specially for him/her, he/she shall pay compensation demanded by the manufacturer or seller.

    Do not use the products for any purposes other than their intended functions.
    Ensure the installation floor is smooth and dry.
    Keep your product away from humid and dusty environments and direct sunlight.
    Position you product a minimum 1 m away from heat sources (solid-fuel stove, electric stove etc.)
    For moving or change of position, do not carry them by dragging or rubbing against narrow places. Carry your product evenly holding it underneath.
    Take care of impact protective packing during carrying.
    Do not step on or sit on the product's arms or back for any reason.
    Do not place any fluid, explosives, flammables, adhesive chemicals, heavy, piercer or cutting objects on any part of your product.
    Keep children and pets away from movable mechanisms.
    During usage of the movable mechanisms, beware of the hard and sharp pointed parts of some metal accessories (bed handgrip, metal framework profiele etc.) on the product

    Periodically reverse and turn the movable filled cushions and lace pillows, to prevent staining and ensure a balanced fading distribution. Reform the deformed fillings by light hand movements and prevent them from losing their forms. If you keep your product out of service for a long time, cover it completely with a cloth, to protect it against dust and sunlight. Do not pluck threads coming out of stitches or fabrics on the product. Cut them at the bottom, without damaging the fabric. Before any alterations, painting, whitewashing and cleaning in the environment or around of your product, put it out of the way if possible or take protective measurements.

    For cleaning of zippered covered seats and fabrics of cushions and lace pillows, read the washing instruction label on your product. Comply with the washing instructions, considering the deformation possibility of your upholstery.

    Protect your product against direct sunlight.
    Position you product a minimum 1 m away from heat sources (solid-fuel stove, electric stove etc.)
    Abstain from applying excessive load in or on the product and from leaning objects against it, which have a weight that may unbalance it.
    Do not use your product for any purposes other than its intended functions.
    Do not mount on, step on or sit on the product for any reason.
    Protect your product against impact and scratching.
    Do not place any fluid, explosives, flammables, adhesive chemicals, heavy piercer or cutting objects on any part of your product.
    Make sure the product is on a smooth floor during assembly and usage.
    Do not move your products by pushing or pulling when they are loaded. Carry them evenly holding underneath when they are unloaded.
    If the products need to be transported at a distance, dismantle and pack them as a precaution against any damage.

    Periodically change the places of the objects that you display on your products, to prevent them from making marks.
    Keep the assembly diagrams of your product. For future displacements, make the assembly in accordance with the diagram.

    Carry out the cleaning and maintenance of your product with a clean and wet cloth, with circular motions, without chemicals, and if possible with dechlorinated water.
